We hope this email finds you safe and healthy as we learn to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic. Our hearts go out to all of those who have been impacted by the virus.
As we adjust to today’s many new challenges, we have taken important steps to protect the well-being of customers and employees, while maintaining a high level of support for all of those we serve. Although we have transitioned much of our team to work from home, our Customer Service & Online Store remain open. We are committed to providing our customers with everything needed to continue operating at a high level, and we are here to support you any way that we can.
- All Orders placed online will be processed as usual however due to reduced staffing at all of our third-party suppliers, turnaround times will be delayed.
- We highly recommend ordering Digital Images if you wish to receive your images urgently.
- Any Customers wishing to reschedule their bookings for Commercial, Personal or School Coverage can do so by emailing us directly at: info@keyshots.com.
