PTO Helper Gift System

Keyshots offers a very special THANK YOU gift to all PTO Helpers that volunteer their time to help us during Photo-Week at your School. 

The Helper Gift Package is delivered as a way of saying thanks from our team. 

How the system works, delivery turnaround & what’s included: 

1. When volunteering at any School during Photo-Week – you must sign-in on our Registration Paperwork & Fill in the PTO Helper Registration Form (scroll down to view the form). 

2. You may only add Students on the form that attend the School you are volunteering at – you cannot add Students from different Schools. 

3. The Keyshots PTO Helper Package includes the following:

• Digital Download Images of Individual Photos of your child/ren. 

• Digital Photos are delivered by email (please provide an email address that you will check regularly). 

(We also recommend that you check your JUNK filter).

• PTO Helper Gifts are provided by Keyshots as a Thank you and as such are delivered by Keyshots at our discretion.

• Timelines are decided based on our schedule & availability.

• We do not offer a RUSH Service on Gifts. 

• Class Photos & Sibling Photos are NOT included in the PTO Gift Offer. 

• Prints are NOT included in the PTO Gift Offer. 

Turnaround Time

Keyshots will usually deliver PTO Helper Packages LATE JUNE. 

Helper Photos are delivered to Helpers AFTER we deliver Yearbook Photos to your school for use in your School Yearbook &

generally after the end of the school year. 

• We will email you once your complimentary photos are added to your account and are ready for download. 

• You will need to process a $0 ‘sale’ and then download your images from inside your account. 

• Once your $0 sale has been processed you will receive an email with a direct link when your photos are ready. 

• Please be sure to READ all the information we provide before contacting our office for additional assistance.
