Cancellation Policy

Keyshots reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if your Committee cancels a reservation:

We hold event dates in good faith, book our Staff and make designs in advance which requires labour.

Our Schedule is also closed for your date so we also turn down other bookings.

Our Cancellation Fee covers the cost of lost revenue incurred.

We highly recommend that you communicate with our booking Team as soon as possible if you do need to change or cancel your reservation.
