School Photos – Secure Data upload Portal
For Schools that prefer to upload data via our School Portal upload system must follow the requirements below:
- Data MUST be uploaded 2 weeks prior to Photo Dates. If your data is not loaded on time, your Photo Dates may be cancelled. Our Team needs enough lead time to process your data and prepare Student & Faculty QR-Codes prior to your dates with enough lead time.
- Data must be added in the correct format, you cannot make errors or your Student exports will be incorrect. Additional fees will apply for any labour required to correct errors.
- Data must contain Student ID & Parent Names + Emails (phone numbers are not required).
